As of Monday 25th March 2019, we will be combining My CELCAT & Kayako so our clients will no longer have to remember several login passwords for our support sites, as we’re condensing all our help into one!
Handling and categorising tickets will be more efficient, resulting in faster response times and better support. We will be keeping all the elements our clients know and love from our current services (including feature requests) but adding more functionality so that we can better assist them.
Our clients will benefit from:
- a singular login for access to our customer portal
- faster responses
- better support
- an intuitive searching system
- the ability to search past issues and resolutions
- quick links to setup guides
- live chat support
We will handle everything and email our clients the username and password for logging in on Monday 25th March.
