POSTPONED

As the days grow longer, and the weather hopefully improves, we look forward to the annual CELCAT Scotland Regional User Group. This year, as always, we have interesting and honest input from our client base as well as practical CELCAT driven items.

Dundee and Angus College have kindly offered to host this year’s event at their stylish and modern Gardyne Campus Dundee.

What do we envision this time?

  • Dundee and Angus College outlining how they have implemented CELCAT Room Booker Live and the time-saving benefits this has accrued for their Learning Resources Team.
  • RGU bringing us up to date with their journey so far on utilising CELCAT Timetabler to improve the student experience. The latest phase includes the addition of CELCAT Attendance. Their computing department will showcase their simple but effective phone app for capturing student attendance.
  • Our technical consultants have been busy this last year helping clients integrate their systems effectively and you will have the opportunity to see some of their work in the field of Microsoft Exchange integration, a prototype “Attend” device and one or two other practical developments.
  • The reports in Timetabler Client are great and easy to use; but do you sometimes want to extract this information and use it in a spreadsheet for further analysis? If so, then the Office Wizard may be what you are looking for. Find out some tips and tricks for this valuable tool.

The event is free of charge and begins at 10:30am on Wednesday 22nd April with coffee and networking from 10:00am. An ideal opportunity for you to share experiences and ideas with other users and get the most out of your CELCAT software. We look forward to seeing you there.
