We’re delighted to announce that the Guernsey College of Further Education has appointed CELCAT to supply it with Timetabler  8 and services.

The college operates across 3 campuses and is the provider for the British Channel Islands of Guernsey and Alderney, providing Further Education and Higher Education with up to 5,000 enrolments a year and over 300 courses. The six key areas of provision are: 16-19, 14-16, Higher Education, Part Time Professional Courses, Apprenticeships and Adult Community Education.

CELCAT will assist the college to plan vocational classes in parallel with English and Maths sessions, and provide a greater sophistication of clash detection; including travel times between campuses and tutor availability constraints.

The associated services include bi-directional integration with Prosolution, the college’s MIS (Management Integration System), using the popular CELCAT SIM (Systems Integration Manager) tool which, this year, celebrates its 10th anniversary of continual improvement and excellence in data management.

We look forward to working with Guernsey College to complete implementation and train their users over the next few months in order to be ready to plan their 2021/22 timetable.
