CELCAT would like to take this opportunity to reassure all our clients that whilst we are complying with the Public Health and government guidelines on reducing travel and social contact, we will still do everything possible to ensure that the ongoing needs of our users can be met.

We have access to a variety of online meeting tools allowing our Account Managers and Consultants to operate remotely from home and our admin staff to respond to your emails. We would therefore like to make you aware of the following:

Software Licencing:

This will continue to be managed by the Admin team in the normal way. If your institution is having difficulty in raising the necessary paperwork for a renewal, please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible.

Technical Support:

Within normal office hours, our Technical Support Technicians are available via email, phone and our user portal.

Customer Care Visits:

In line with the recommendations regarding social distancing and travel, we have suspended on-site visits We would be happy to carry these out for our users online until such time that the advice has changed. This also applies to sales visits. Where a client requests an on-site visit, we will judge each case on its own merits.

Training & Consultancy:

In line with the above, all on-site training and consultancy is suspended until further notice. We have the ability, using our online meeting tools, to carry out collaborative remote training and consultancy to the high standards we provide on-site. Please contact your Account Manager for further information.
