We are delighted to announce that CELCAT has been acquired by Kinetic, a Volaris company. You may be familiar with Kinetic as they, like CELCAT, focus on providing software to the education sector and for many years CELCAT has supported software integration between Timetabler and Kinetic products.

Kinetic and Volaris provide a logical and stable home for our technology. CELCAT has customers globally who rely on our solutions to manage complex scheduling processes and both Kinetic and Volaris have deep expertise in managing mission-critical technology in similar contexts.

CELCAT customers can expect a stable and reliable service from the team. As with any Volaris acquisition, CELCAT will not be re-sold as Volaris is a buy-and-hold forever acquirer.

Consistent with Volaris' decentralised model, CELCAT will continue operating the business autonomously, maintaining its market focus, its brand, and its culture. The Kinetic and Volaris team are excited to offer support and best practice sharing to help CELCAT expand our offering and market presence.
