The Small Print
Support may include, but is not limited to:
Overcoming installation difficulties. Assistance in finding CELCAT functions and features. Limited advice on how CELCAT can meet specific implementation requirements. Resolution of failures and deficiencies in program operation and temporary workarounds if problems are found. Receipt of data via the internet in the event of difficulties with operations on certain timetable data. Delivery of updated software if appropriate. Advice on hardware and software requirements. Advice on interfacing CELCAT software with supported operating systems, peripheral hardware and, where possible, other applications software.
Technical Support Services do not provide support for the operating system, nor step-by-step instructions on lengthy procedures. In this case, CELCAT Training and Consulting Services are a more appropriate resource.
If service issues cannot be resolved during initial contact, Technical Support Services will endeavour to give a response within 24 hours.
