Getting technical with CELCAT Timetabler 7
How it works
Because CELCAT Timetabler 7 runs on Microsoft
SQL it is both stable and robust. More importantly, SQL makes it
easy to support, and multi-tier technology allows you to optimise
network performance.
The new data structure has been designed to make it easier for
you to produce specialised reports and for us to design further
applications that are tailored to suit your individual needs.
The software has been designed to allow integration with
third-party applications like Student Management information
systems (MIS). Software Integration Plug-ins (SIPS)
bring a new level of functionality, meaning that you can use data
from other sources without compromising data integrity.
With the latest version of CELCAT Attendance you have the option
to automatically generate register headers based on scheduled
events in CELCAT Timetabler 7. Synchronisation
of CELCAT Timetabler and Attendance data
with your Management Information Systems (MIS) lets you control
timetables and electronic registers from a single point of data
entry.
Care and support
CELCAT Timetabler 7 uses common industry
standards, so it won't hold any unpleasant surprises for IT
professionals in education. Our technical support staff are always
on hand to ensure that implementation and management run smoothly.
Indeed, we repeatedly score highly for our technical support
services. We believe that a combination of good support and
user-friendly programming means that you will be able to devote
more time to the really important tasks.
