CELCAT Timetabler RoomBooker is a powerful web-based utility that forms part of the CELCAT Timetabler suite and facilitates ad- hoc room bookings and booking requests.

CELCAT Timetabler RoomBooker allows rooming administrators to readily find available space and respond quickly to the demands of colleagues. And because it is part of the CELCAT Timetabler database, it gives you all of the reporting facilities you need to monitor planned usage (and if combined with CELCAT Timetabler  Attendance electronic registers, actual usage).

CELCAT Timetabler  RoomBooker delivers many benefits:

• It provides a simple and speedy method of locating free teaching and meeting rooms.
• It has a simple-to-use interface that helps you elicit the assistance of all teaching staff in resolving their room booking problems.

Users with executive access to make room bookings can use this tool to quickly search the CELCAT Timetabler database for available rooms. Those without executive access can use the application to submit rooming requests to a rooming administrator.

Now staff can come to the rooming administrator with a solution to their accommodation needs, rather than a problem to be resolved. Of course, if you prefer staff not to have such access, you can easily control this with CELCAT Timetabler Administrator functions.
