Timetabler Off-Line Attendance Register Service

CELCAT is committed to providing a variety of flexible marking methods for its Timetabler Attendance module.

Off-Line Attendance (OLA) is ideal for environments where conventional register-marking methods are inappropriate, or staff are resistant to recording student attendance.

Straight from the box, OLA is easily configured to work with Opticon OPN2001 barcode, and Promag Mifare, mobile card reader devices. However, OLA can be expanded to work with other devices, such as fixed door card reader systems.

OLA simply stores a card's unique ID, and a date and time stamp. Clever heuristics then go to work in the background identifying the correct register and thereby updating student attendance marks.
