Accessing registers

Anybody that is authorised can, with a couple of mouse clicks, access and mark a register. It is so simple you can even set the system to allow tutors to access and mark their own registers. SAT will also track each staff member to ensure that the registers owned by them are completed, so there’s no need to spend hours chasing unmarked registers, as SAT will do it for you!

Marking Registers

Everybody has a different way of marking registers. With SAT’s flexible data entry options there is an approach that will satisfy all your colleagues. The options can be used in any combination – you choose what suits you best.

EMA (Education Maintenance Allowance)

SAT has an internet enabled interface to the EMASYS database. This is probably the most comprehensive third party EMA interface available.

The interface allows you to extract attendance marks for EMA students in SAT and upload them to EMASYS thus allowing weekly payments and bonuses to be paid promptly.

Reports

Lack of accurate knowledge about poor attendance could be costing you money but with paper-based registers it can take hours to trawl through data to create a report – and many people just don’t bother.

CELCAT SAT gives you the information you need to protect your revenue, with reports that include notification when students’ records of attendance fall below a certain pre-defined level. SAT helps you identify which rooms, staff members or classes have the worst or best attendance.

Together with a wide range of standard reports the SQL database provides a robust platform that can be queried using a number of tools and allows the creation of customised reports that match your needs.
