Room Booker Overview

CELCAT Room Booker is a powerful web-based utility that forms part of the CELCAT Timetabler suite and facilitates ad hoc room bookings and booking requests.

Room Booker allows rooming administrators to readily find available space and respond quickly to the demands of colleagues. And because it is part of the Timetabler database, it gives you all of the reporting facilities you need to monitor planned usage (and if combined with SAT electronic registers, actual usage).

Room Booker delivers many benefits:

Users with executive access to make room bookings can use this tool to quickly search the Timetabler database for available rooms. Those without executive access can use the application to submit rooming requests to a rooming administrator.

Now staff can come to the rooming administrator with a solution to their accommodation needs, rather than a problem to be resolved. Of course, if you prefer staff not to have such access, you can easily control this with Timetabler administrator functions.
